A Chrome extension for remote browser tab focus-monitoring

EyeLock is a simple extension meant for educators running online exams, allowing users to pair up with their students and recieve alerts when students change bowser tabs or windows on the same device.

Features

EyeLock incorporates a number of features:

• Many-to-one student-instructor pairings - monitor the entire class from a single computer

• Formatted logs for each paired student’s focus session - time-stamped changes in tab focus, cleaned of possibly sensitive data

• Optional URL matching - make sure the monitored tab has the correct specified URL
